Inspired by the late Vivienne Westwood, this collar is serving chic meets punk rock. Carmine red leather hearts are hand-stitched to the collar; each adorned with a silver spike stud...classic Vivienne.
Handcrafted using luxurious Italian Vachetta leather, a specialty vegetable tanned leather produced in Tuscany's famous Leather District. Ethically produced in our Boston-based workshop by skilled artisans. All Mongrel + Mode pieces are completely hand-stitched.
Collar is 1.25" wide across all sizes and regardless of Fi end link width, to accommodate the leather hearts and spike studs; available with 1" or 3/4" Fi end links.

The Fi device, end links, and ID tag ring account for roughly 5-6 inches of the collar's total length; additionally, the leash attachment and decorative elements featured in the design require roughly 5 inches. As a result, it isn't possible to craft this Fi-compatible collar any smaller than 11".
Fi Series 3+ devices are recommended for medium sized dogs (or larger); the new Fi Mini is appropriate for smaller dogs. The mini is compatible with most collars, however (no end links are required as it's designed to instead slip over the collar); it's not necessary to purchase a special collar with end links for the mini device.
We use and recommend Fi - this smart collar provides peace of mind, allowing you to know where your companion is at all times, as well as receive notifications on your smartphone when your pet leaves your custom-set 'safe-zones', track your dogs daily step count, and see how your companion compares to other local Fi-dogs. The Westwood M+M X Fi Collar
Leather:
Full grain, Italian Vachetta leather, a specialty vegetable tanned leather, tanned with naturally derived tannins (and no harsh chemicals). From a member tannery of the exclusive Pelle Vegetale Consortium in Tuscany.
Hardware:
Roller buckle, strap loop, D-ring, and tag ring are all solid brass with nickel plating.
Meets California PROP 65 and European REACH Standards
No chrome tanned leather or plastic components, whatsoever.
