As each piece is made-to-order, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If an item has a defect, a replacement will be produced and sent out quickly.
However, our service is not complete once a piece has been shipped; if you're unhappy, for any reason, please reach out to us; we would be sincerely grateful for the opportunity to address and correct any issues or concerns you have, and we guarantee a resolution.

Do you need an item resized or repaired? Our pieces are made to last a lifetime,
but things happen, so we provide lifetime resizing and repair services as well.
