Our pieces are made-to-order, so we're not able to offer returns based on sizing; however, we do offer complimentary adjustments. Please note that we're only able to reduce overall size or strap lengths, etc.; err on the large size if you're uncertain - don't hesitate to reach out to us prior to placing your order for assistance.
Our complimentary services cover all labor involved; customers are responsible for shipping fees. Reach out if you require an adjustment and we'll provide the return address and any additional information needed.
Repair Services
Our pieces are crafted with your pets lifestyle in mind; our pets accessories experience more wear and tear in their day to day than our own. As a result, we choose durable materials and hardware, and reinforce their durability with meticulous craftsmanship to ensure our accessories can last a lifetime. But life is unpredictable, and these pieces are exposed to an increased risk of damage; especially with our 'couture collection' where materials used can be more delicate by design.
But there's no need to despair; leather pieces are more repairable than any other. We offer lifetime repair services on all of our pieces; whether it's replacing a strap or decorative material or reattaching an element that's been torn. Whatever the issue, we provide the solution and services to put your pets accessory back into rotation.
